What we collect

Only what you type into our forms (your name, contact details, and your request), the billing email you enter at checkout, and standard server logs such as IP address and browser type. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we do not sell your personal information.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, to route your quote request to the licensed well and septic pros you asked to hear from (sharing it with them is the purpose of the service), to verify listing claims, and to run Featured subscriptions. Nothing else.

Payments

Stripe processes all payments. Card numbers go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers; Stripe's own privacy policy governs its processing.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Stripe (payments) process data on our behalf. Beyond that, we share personal information only with a well and septic professional you asked us to connect you with, or where the law requires it.

Directory listings are public records

Listings display professional licensing information published by state licensing authorities: business information from official public records, not data collected from consumers. Professionals can correct or annotate their listing through the claim process on their profile page.

Retention and your choices

We keep form submissions only as long as needed for the purposes above. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, use the contact form and we will respond by email. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA.

Age

This site is intended for adults: homeowners and property owners arranging work, and the well and septic pros who perform it.
